Recently I am trying to upgrade myself to another level.
Instead of doing 120km Now I am doing around 250 kilometers.
I don't have a lot of time currently because gym with bike (+34km) or bike only ( 60km)
Job at USA complettly change my lifestyle for now.
Now I work on "night shift" and do sports in morning.
I dont have time any free time but I feel complete more than ever before.
If I keep this ratio with good diet I would have body like this
